Workers are changing. So is the office. In the 21st century, why do you need a workspace at a time when workers’ tools all are digitized, fitting in a pocket or stored away in the internet cloud ? The need for social interaction, hospitality, care and the sense of purpose is the answers. Coworking spaces have successfully mushroomed, these last years, all around The Netherlands, as it has almost everywhere else in the world. Coworking is paving the way towards what workspaces are to be for digital workers in the future : flexible, technology open, human driven enablers.
